Rotary Connects on Oct. 10 features Don Peppers

The Rotary Club of Menlo Park invites people to join them for a local networking event featuring speaker, Don Peppers. Don, a best-selling business author, is ranked by SatMetrix as the world’s most authoritative expert on customer experience. He will discuss ideas out of his book Extreme Trust: Honesty as a Competitive Advantage, including:

• Why technology changes the “dimension” of business competition
• The two requirements for earning trust
• How to use customer trust as a competitive advantage
