Menlo Oaks neighborhood shows it knows how to have fun on Halloween

Emails Menlo Oaks resident Judy Horst: “Lots of music and trick or treaters! We had several haunted houses, pit stops and wine bars. This thing is getting bigger every year!”

A band called Band Sanitizer, comprised of seven high school students, five from M-A, and two from D-tech, provided the soundtrack.
