There is actually a rose called Memorial Day™, a pink Hybrid Tea with enormous old-fashioned full flowers.
It is not among the roses featured here, photographed by Laura Pitchford.
We think these will do as a remembrance for those who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces on this Memorial Day in 2019.
