Spotted: Rubber duckies with inspiring messages

Menlo Park resident Janet Bell walks her dog in her neighborhood and comes across inspiring messages thanks to rubber ducks. “The owners of this house on 14th Avenue rearranges the rubber ducks regularly into different configurations and sayings during this shelter-in-place time,” she reports, adding that she’ll send additional photos of the yellow ducks.
