Neighbors hits the streets on Halloween in Menlo Oaks

Halloween was back this year in Menlo Oaks — for kids and adults. Lots of candy, comic books, fake tattoos and treats available for kids. Wine, whisky cider and Irish coffee for adults flowed at well placed pit stops along the dark streets of Menlo Oaks.
