Lifelong Menlo Park resident Michael Demeter passes away
Update: A funeral mass for Michael Demeter will be held at Church of the Nativity )210 Oak Grove Avenue, Menlo Park) at 11:00 am on Friday, April 5. It will be proceeded b y a Rosary at 10:00 am
Menlo Park Historical Assn. President Tim Johnston posted in Do You Remember the Old Menlo Park: “Because he, more than just about anyone, could remember, virtually everything about (the Old Menlo Park), it is with an unfathomable degree of sadness that I write to let you know that long-time MP Historical Assn Board member and lifelong resident, Michael Demeter, passed away unexpectedly yesterday morning (March 18) after a brief illness.
“Michael’s love of all things Menlo, his commitment to the MPHA, and his boundless energy will be sorely missed. Please keep the Demeter family in your thoughts and prayers.”
