Applications for Below Market Rate rental units at Stanford’s Middle Plaza due May 31

The City of Menlo Park announced that applications for Below Market Rate rental units at Stanford’s Middle Plaza are due May 31 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. The units located at 400a El Camino Real:

-Four one-bedroom units available at the low-income level
-Preferences apply to those who live or work in Menlo Park
-Amenities include: Air Conditioning, In–Unit Washer/Dryer, Keyless Entry, Swimming Pool, Fitness Facilities, Community Spaces, Bike Storage, EV Charging

A scheduled lottery will take place the week of June 2. Applicants will be contacted by lottery rank beginning approximately five days later.
