City of Menlo Park budget workshop takes place on May 30
Set for Thursday, May 30 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, the budget workshop is an opportunity to hear an overview of what is included in the City of Menlo Park’s annual spending plan, which incorporates the City Council’s identified budget principles. Community members will also have the opportunity to share feedback on how to allocate resources as City Council considers the proposed budget.
During the workshop, staff will discuss topics such as:
-Overview of services provided by department
-Baseline service levels and proposed service level enhancements
-Budget changes and latest projections
Note: This event may constitute a special meeting if a majority of City Council members or advisory body members attend the event. The City Council members and advisory body members will not take any action, make any decisions or engage in any deliberations as the City Council or advisory body at this event. This notice is provided in accordance with the Brown Act in the event that a majority of City Council members or advisory body members are in attendance.
