A Peninsula Halloween tradition, the Webb Ranch Pumpkin Patch  is the place to buy pumpkins and organic produce and also enjoy activities geared to kids 1 through 12. It is open daily through October 31 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm with activities closing at 5:00 pm. Reservations required on the weekend.

The majority of  pumpkins for sale are grown organically on 30 acres at Webb Ranch while some come from other farms including organic growers in Half Moon Bay. Pumpkins include orange carving pumpkins, sugar pie/baking pumpkins, specialty color pumpkins, gourds, mini pumpkins as well as corn stalk teepees, straw bales, and other Fall/Halloween decorations.

Weekday activities include bounce houses, haunted house, corn maze and farm obstacle house. Child ages 3-12 $15; adult/teen ages 13 & over $8; adult with with paid child $5.

Weekend activities (along with Columbus Day October 14) include bounce houses, haunted house, corn maze, farm obstacle house, tractor hay rides, petting zoo, and reptile zoo. Child ages 3-12 $35; teen/adult ages 13-64: adult with paid child $10; senior (65+)/military $10.

InMenlo contributing photographer made his annual trip to Webb Ranch last weekend when temperatures were scorching. The good news is they’re set to return to the normal mid-70s to low 80s for the rest of the month.
