Halloween Hoopla Parade and Carnival takes place on October 26

Decorate your bike, wagon, or scooter, and wear your Halloween costume for the ghoulish parade through downtown Menlo Park on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. The costume parade will depart at 11:00 am from the parking lot behind Cheeky Monkey and will continue to Fremont Park where the Carnival takes place.

Parade participants should arrive by 10:45 am to Parking Lot #1 (the Maloney Street parking lot). Trick-or-treaters receive a free trick-or-treat bag to use at participating downtown Menlo Park stores.

Attendees will enjoy Halloween-inspired carnival games, prizes, candy, balloon and tattoo artists and a craft table provided by Cheeky Monkey.

At 12:30 p.m. enjoy a special presentation at the Fremont Park stage by EarthCapades, a live show that combines circus and theatrics with environmental education.
