Spotted: Ben Franklin with lots of gourds

The statue of Ben Franklin at the entrance to the Stanford Park Hotel changes with the season, whether it be the addition of a jaunty scarf — or, as is the case now, he’s surrounded by a variety of gourds, including pumpkins.

Note: the tall palm trees near the driveway into the hotel have their holiday lights.
