Annual tree lighting in Menlo Park’s Fremont Park

Menlo Park Mayor Cecilia Taylor was on hand Friday night to flip the switch turning on a lighted oak tree in Fremont Park.

The oak was filled with lights rather than the big evergreen tree, which was deemed to fragile to host the lights.

And who says it doesn’t snow in Menlo Park!
