Teens can train to be lifeguards at Burgess Pool

Here’s a great summer job for responsible teens: Menlo Park’s swim centers are hiring seasonal lifeguards.

Aquatic partner Menlo Swim and Sport is hosting American Red Cross lifeguard training at Burgess Pool. Participants can earn certifications in lifeguarding, CPR/AED for professional rescuers and first aid. All certifications are valid for two years.
