Update on downtown parking lot development – seven submittals received

The seven submittals received in response to the City’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for development on Parking Plazas 1, 2 and/or 3 are now available on the Downtown Development webpage. The following entities submitted their qualifications:

• Alliant Communities
• Eden Housing
• MidPen Housing
• Path Ventures
• Presidio Bay Ventures
• Related California and Alta Housing
• The Pacific Companies and West Development Partners

City staff is reviewing the submittals and will present recommended next steps to the City Council, tentatively in May 2025. Throughout the process, there will continue to be multiple opportunities for community input. To provide feedback on the submittals, please submit your comments using this form.
