Menlo Park’s 4th of July celebration will have new look this year

Come dressed in red, white and blue and celebrate July 4th with an afternoon celebration featuring shows by Circus Bella, a people parade and community picnic!
Annual people parade around Burgess Park
Meet at the Arrillaga Family Gymnasium parking lot, 600 Alma St. at 11:00 am. Decorate your bike or wagon and participate in this fun-filled people parade as we march down Alma Street escorted by the Menlo Park Police and Fire Departments before entering Burgess Park.
Community picnic at the park
Don’t forget your picnic baskets and ice chests! Enjoy lunch at the park at 1:00 pm after the first Circus Bella show or as you wait for the second show to begin at 2:00 pm
City of Menlo Park staff will be on-hand to lead some family friendly games and announce prize winners (must register in advance to have entry into the prize drawing and be present to win!).
Food trucks will also be on-site with food for purchase and free treats will be available (while supplies last).

Comprised of a diverse troupe of acrobats, aerialists, jugglers, and clowns from the Bay Area and beyond, they perform to the lively tunes of Rob Reich and the 6-piece Circus Bella All-Star Band.
Two free 60 minute performances on Burgess Park lawn at Noon and at 2:00 p.m.
Register in advance here for either or both shows to receive important event information and a chance to win Menlo Park prizes (must be present to win)
