Learn about Erle Stanley Gardner and the Perry Mason mysteries on September 23

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 6:00 to 6:45 pm, the Menlo Park Library will pay a virtual visit to the Temecula Valley Museum to learn more about author Erle Stanley Gardner (pictured), famous for the Perry Mason mysteries (he wrote 82 of them).

Historian Mindy Johnson will answer questions as she digs deep into Gardner’s wild life of crime — fictional, of course — and gives us a look at his personal collection, old-school novels, and the permanent exhibit that’ll make any mystery buff tip their fedora.
