Free screening of the documentary “Gather” on October 13

On Monday, October 13, 2025 from 6:00 to 7:15 pm, come to the Belle Haven Library (100 Terminal Ave.) for a free screening of “Gather” in honor of Indigenous Peoples Day.

Meet:

• The Ancestral Guard, a group of environmental activists from the Yurok Nation (Northern California), trying to save the Klamath river’
• Elsie Dubray, a young scientist from the Cheyenne River Sioux Nation (South Dakota), conducting landmark studies on bison
• Nephi Craig, a chef from the White Mountain Apache Nation (Arizona), opening an indigenous café as a nutritional recovery clinic
