Halloween Hoopla Parade and Carnival set for October 25 in Menlo Park

Kids (and their grown ups), decorate your bike, wagon, or scooter, and wear your Halloween costume as Menlo Park’s ghoulish parade struts through downtown on Saturday, Oct. 25 from 11:00 amto 2:00 pm.

The costume parade departs at 11:00 am from Parking Lot #1 (the Maloney Street parking lot) behind Cheeky Monkey. Parade participants should arrive 15 minutes early to prepare. Trick-or-treaters receive a free trick-or-treat bag to use at participating downtown Menlo Park stores.

At Fremont Park, attendees will enjoy Halloween-inspired carnival games, jumpers, prizes, candy, balloon and tattoo artists, performances from Menlo Park school bands, and a craft table generously provided by Cheeky Monkey. There will be a magic show by Dan Chan Presents at 12:30 pm.
