According to Zillow data published by the San Francisco Chronicle, Bay Area home prices were largely down in 2025 but there were exceptions. They includes these three zip codes within InMenlo’s coverage area:

• 94028 (Portola Valley)  $4M  +5.5%
• 94027 (Atherton)  $7.8M  +3.2%
• 94025 (Menlo Park)  $2.7M  +1.4%
