Create cut-paper animal art on February 19 at Menlo Park Library

On Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, adults and youth (ages 6+) can celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse with some scissors and glue — and imagination, too!
Paper cutting is an art form practiced around the world, almost as old as the invention of paper itself. Follow one of the designs provided by Peopleologie teaching artist Linda Janklow, and experiment using positive and negative space to create your own mini-masterpiece.
There is no preregistration for this event which takes place the Menlo Park Library (800 Alma St.), but supplies are limited.
