Popular children’s book author Drew Daywalt at Kepler’s on March 1

On Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 11:00 am 12:00 pm, Drew Daywalt (pictured), bestselling author of The Day the Crayons Quit, returns to Kepler’s (1010 El Camino Real, Menlo Park, with his laugh-out-loud funny graphic novel–style picture book Forty The Fortune Teller about how a paper fortune teller left behind at recess who ends up saving the day.
Forty the Fortune Teller, along with her friends Potato Chip and Basketball, convince a team of chewed-up chewing gum to help repair the playground slide so that the kids at school won’t get hurt.
