Learn how to draw Manga Moods on April 14 at Menlo Park Library

On Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, come to the Menlo Park Library (800 Alma St.) to learn how to draw faces that show different moods and emotions, using the unique visual language of Japanese comics or manga.

Participants ages 8-adult, try your hand at some fun and simple techniques to draw faces that are happy, mad, surprised, determined, and much more. You’ll see how to use these tips as a first step to draw your own comics stories, and how to use manga to find more inspiration.
