Register your block party for National Night Out 2026

National Night Out will be held in Menlo Park on Tuesday, August 4, typically from 5:00 to 10:00 pm. This national community-building campaign promotes police-community partnerships, neighborhood camaraderie and crime prevention.

In addition to waiving the street closure permit fees, Menlo Park Police Chief Norris and department leaders will make their best effort to make an appearance at every registered block party. There will also be a variety of giveaways for block parties that register.
