Make your own shadow puppet at a workshop on July 18

On Saturday, July 18, from 2:00 to 3:30 pm, adults and youth (ages 8+) are invited to come to the Maker Space at the Belle Haven Library (100 Terminal Ave.) to create their own shadow puppet.

During this 90-minute workshop, you’ll make a shadow puppet using repurposed card stock, scissors, hole punches, and your imagination. With only your puppet and a light source, you can transform a sheet, wall, or a ceiling into a puppet theater.

There is no preregistration for this event, but supplies are limited. Please note: this is not a drop in-and-out activity, but a workshop, so please arrive on time! The project takes a while.
