Menlo Park City Council to consider 800 Oak Grove Ave. development on Sept. 22
The Menlo Park City Council will consider action on a tentative map to create 15 for-sale residential units and one non-residential unit for the 800 Oak Grove Ave. project at its meeting Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 6:00 pm.
The Planning Commission voted Sept. 14 to approve an architectural control permit and below market rate (BMR) housing agreement and recommended approval of the tentative map. The approved project includes removal of an existing parking lot and construction of a new six-story, approximately 72-foot-tall multifamily residential building with 15 units, including one very low-income BMR unit.
The project would also convert and expand an existing two-story bank building into a two-story non-medical office building with a roof deck.
