As we’ve noted the last three years, the way to get packages delivered during the busy holiday period is via pedal power – at least if the company you work for is UPS. As in the past, the packages are distributed on University near Middle in Menlo Park. From there, delivery people riding bicycles with trailers fan out to various Menlo Park neighborhoods. The peddler photographed was going west on Oak Avenue.
