Cars parked overnight may be ticketed

Kids home from college? Relatives up from LA? If you’re having overnight guests in the next week, Menlo residents beware. Unlike past years when the ban on parking from 2:00 am to 6:00 am  was not enforced from Christmas Eve through New Years to accommodate residents who were having guests stay the night, this year’s policy is less liberal. Cars can remain on the street only from Thursday night, December 24th though Saturday night, December 26th and Thursday night, December 31st through Saturday night, January 2nd.  Regular enforcement will resume on Sunday night, January 3, 2010.
