Latest rain pushes Menlo past the normal mark

Just two hours after posting a Flash weather photo about flooded Menlo streets, the result of steady-to-heavy rain that began this morning, the sun broke through.  InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ is quick to report the lastest rainfall results – .76″ – bringing the year-to-date total to 19.8″, slightly above normal. Bill adds that his friend who lives along the Sharon Heights Golf Course has recorded 25″ this year.
