Hello Hanna’s Wishing Tree is award winner

by Linda Hubbard on May 19, 2010

A Menlo Park-based company, Hello Hanna, was a winner this week at the National Stationery Show in New York City capturing Best of Show in the Party category for its new Wishing Tree (pictured). Reports co-owner Anne Schultz:  “Our Wishing Tree is a modern spin on the Japanese tradition of leaving a written wish on a tree branch. It can be used for showers, weddings, anniversaries, or any time you want to leave special wishes. We printed both the packaging and the Tree with FSC- certified recycled paper, and manufactured with a lot of care.”

The company won four additional Best New Product awards. “There are several thousand exhibitors, all extremely talented, so it’s a true honor to get the Best of  Show Award!” says Anne.

Hello Hanna currently offers “Get-Set Placemats” and “Hello Books” – designed to help kids get their creative juices flowing – and takes orders for customer party goods. InMenlo will be following up with Anne and her business partner, Jina Choi, when they return from their New York triumph!
