Umbrellas sprout all over Menlo – that includes pink flamingos!

Umbrellas were in abundance this morning on the last day of school before the holiday break. Over at the pink flamingo yard in the Willows, one umbrella was doing a better job of shielding a small Christmas tree than the birds.

Reports InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ: “An additional .2″ in my gauge this morning. This makes my season to date total 4.85″. That compares to 5.75″ last year. Maybe another report before the day is over – yes, it’s just going to keep coming down!”
