Homegrown talent Taylor Eigsti performs on Oct. 2

Menlo Park native son Taylor Eigsti is returning to the area this Sunday, Oct. 2, to perform at a Listen for Life benefit concert hosted by  by John and Lydia Vidovich at their private estate/vineyard in Los Altos Hills. A wine reception begins at 3:00 pm with the music starting at 4:00. Suggested donation is $75.

Taylor began playing piano when he was four years old and became a bandleader at age 12. His Concord Record album, Lucky to Be Me, was nominated for two Grammy awards.

Other performers include the National Music Champion of Vietnam, Vanessa Van Anh Vo, Hawaiian music star Patrick Landeza, opera prodigy Ricky Garcia, and concert pianist Donna Stoering.

The musical event is a fundraiser for Listen for Life’s projects and programs, which have impacted the lives of nine million people in 55 countries.  The organization is a global family of music listeners, teachers, performers and producers, working together to change the world through music.
