Saturday late afternoon rainfall report – still raining!

InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ reports: “My 5:00 pm reading shows .4″ in my gauges for this old-fashioned rainy day. That is 7.5″ season to date. Boy, do I want to exceed 8.2″ which is my low total for 17 years of rain watching. It was very wet, this day, in 2011, and that season to date total was 18.2″. More tomorrow?”

Meanwhile around town, the wisteria are starting to bloom. We’re hoping the steady torrent doesn’t knock the new blossoms off.
