Build Easter baskets for homeless kids on March 31

by Linda Hubbard on March 28, 2012

Local residents are invited to join Trinity Church members to help build 200 goodie-filled Easter baskets for children living at Haven House family shelter in Menlo Park and two other Peninsula shelters. The basket building – great for all ages – will take place on Saturday, March 31, from 9:30 am to Noon in the church’s parish hall.

“All basket contents are provided,” said the Rev. Beth Foote, Associate Rector and Family Ministries Director. “We’d really welcome the help of community volunteers. Just show up, take a name, and start stuffing the big baskets!’

Trinity Church is located at the corner of Ravenswood and Laurel in Menlo Park.
