Chilly temperatures continue under bright blue skies

Emailed InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ early this morning: “It is 7:00 am and I show 26.3 degrees with a 25.3 degrees spotted around 5:00 am.  Time to pray for your pipes if it stays this chilly!”

A testament to how nippy it is, there was still ice in the rain gutters at 11:00 am. And temps were still in the 40s.
