Rain falls on Menlo Park on Super Bowl Sunday

by Bill Russ on February 2, 2014

Update: Anoter .1″ fell before dawn on Monday, Feb. 3, brining my year-to-date to 2.6″.

As if midday I have .3″ in both my gauges. That is 2.5′ season- to date. Folks may need to be reminded the season started back on July 1st.

Now, .3″ may not seem like much but try to measure out .3″ with your fingers and know that much water fell on your lawns and plants. It was surely welcome on the grounds for all those who have stopped watering.
