The Allied Arts Guild (75 Arbor Road) in Menlo Park is hosting a Christmas Market on Saturday, December 5, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm with music and a visit from Santa. A choral group, the Merlot Notes, is scheduled for 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Free and open to the public, all the shops will be donating a drawing item and offering visitors a small treat. The Sunset Room will have craft items from 12 outside vendors: Palo Alto Auxiliary, Children’s Health Council, Tantalizing Toffee, OC sweaters, Comstock Glass, Nancy Wilder Wearable Art, Elizabeth Moon, Courtney Bay, Julie Buelteman, and Lynn Montoya.

On Sunday, December 13, the Guild will host its annual Children’s Holiday Party in the Sunset Room from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. Entertainment will be geared to children ages 4 to 9, accompanied by an adult. Ben Farber will perform juggling, and The Magical Moonshine Theater will present a puppet show, followed by a visit from Santa and refreshments. Cost is $25 per person; call Sally at (650) 854-4171.
