Showers and wind mixed with patches of blue is the Christmas Eve weather menu

Lots of raindrops on Menlo Park roofs overnight yielded to patches of blue by mid-morning, making it look like Santa will have an easy journey.  InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ reported another .2″ in his gauges around 11:00 am, bringing year to date to 6.35″.

Later in the morning brought more showers, a pattern that’s expected to last throughout the day.
