No more misting, that’s real rainfall overnight

Those of you who are sound sleepers and who slept in today due to the holiday, may be surprised at the overnight total rainfall, given the sunny skies this morning.  InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ reports 1.2″, putting his season-to-date to 10.35″.

Yesterday’s rain came right on schedule at around dinner time and didn’t really let up until just before dawn. Temperatures were very mild; more rain is forecast for Tuesday.
