Another drencher hits Menlo Park on Sunday

San Francisquito Creek, which divides Menlo Park from Palo Alto/Stanford, was roaring early this morning after a weekend of drenching rain, albeit without the heavy winds and thunder that was promised to come with it.

Emailed InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ: “Another .8″ as of 7:25 am, exceeding forecasts. Season-to-date total is now 15.85″.”

More showers are expected throughout Monday with additional rainy days forecast through mid-March. Can it add up to Bill’s magical 20″?
