Rain keeps pouring down on Menlo Park

These ducks at Sharon Park — and similar water fowl — may be the only ones not inconvenienced by the rainstorms that keep blowing through Menlo Park. But, like residents, they are grateful for the moisture.
Reports InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ at 7:30 am Friday morning (3/11): “Reporting .5″…now at 16.55″ season-to-date. Oh, that these storms will take Menlo Park to 20″.”
Bill sent another update just before noon: “Another .35″. Now at 16.9″. This morning was an old fashioned ‘wet’ rain. That means one cannot run between drops nor avoid puddles.”
And then again around 5:00 pm: “Though still raining steadily, another .2″. Now at 17.1″ season-to-date.”
