“Dine Out” to support Meal on Wheels on May 17

On May 17, 2016, participating Peninsula restaurants will donate 10% of the day’s sales to support Peninsula Volunteers, Inc.’s (PVI) Meals on Wheels program that feeds homebound older adults.

“More than 16,000 seniors in San Mateo County are threatened by hunger every day,” said Marilyn Baker-Venturini, Meals on Wheels Director for PVI. “We are hoping that community friends throughout the Peninsula will support this fundraiser. All you have to do is “dine out (breakfast, lunch & dinner)” at participating restaurants on this day making a meaningful financial impact on our program.”

Menlo Park restaurants include: Amici’s East Coast Pizzeria, Bradley’s Fine Dine, Cafe Zoe (pictured), Carpaccio (dinner only), Celia’s, El Cerrito, Luttickens After 5 (dinner only).
