Friends of Menlo Park Library hosts book sale on June 25 & 26

The Friends of the Menlo Park Library will be hosting a book sale on Saturday, June 25th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and Sunday, June 26th from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. Great books for the entire family will be available, so come early and stock up for summer! The sale will be located in the downstairs meeting room and outside in-front of the library.

Art & collectible, biography, children’s, cooking, fiction, history, literature, mystery, religion & philosophy, science fiction, and young adult books will be included along with a variety of other subjects. DVDs, VHS Tapes, Music CDs will also be featured. Prices start at 50 cents for mass market paperbacks and $1 for trade and hardcover titles. On Sunday, all items are half price or buy a bag and fill it for $5.00.

If you can not attend this sale, please drop by the Friends Bookstore located inside the library and open during library hours. It is restocked daily with books for all ages and interests. All proceeds benefit the Menlo Park Library and Belle Haven Library.

As a reading specialist, we find this Menlo Park Library book sale to be very valuable for children, parents, and teachers. It is one of the best. Always enjoyable and books are inexpensive. Sheralee Hill Iglehart, B.S., M.A.
