Rain pounds Menlo Park last night

by Linda Hubbard Gulker on December 16, 2016

What started as light rain turned into pounding rain after the sun set yesterday, causing flooded roadways in areas, which were all clear this morning.

“Recorded .65″ after 4:00 pm,” emailed InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ. “My season-to-date total is now 8.2″. That compares to 4.6″ same time last year. Rain year ’15-‘616 ended a bit above 20″, a decent year.”
