Spotted: Valentine’s Day balloons at Carpaccio’s

We stopped by Carpaccio’s shortly after the lunch rush this afternoon to check out the always festive balloons that make this Menlo Park’s most Valentiney restaurant.

Note for those who avoid eating out on these kinds of holidays: The balloons will still be up tomorrow, February 15!
