“Islamophobia and its Impact” is topic at Menlo Park Library on April 24

What is Islamophobia, how is it spread — and what can be done to reverse its negative impacts?
Islamic Networks Group (ING) Founder and Executive Director Maha Elgenaidi will talk about xenophobia as it has been experienced by many different groups throughout American and European history, and will discuss the current state of Islamophobia and the efforts to combat it.
This is one of a series of presentations in association with the traveling exhibition Wherever There’s A Fight: A History of Civil Liberties in California, on display throughout April and May at the Menlo Park Main Library.
The talk will take place on April 24 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at the Menlo Park Library.

Are you kidding me? Islamophobia, Moose Limbs are going to instruct Americans about what the Islamic Networks Group (ING) Founder and Executive Director Maha Elgenaidi and talk about xenophobia? Really?
How about talking about the on going attack on Christians in the ISIS run countries? How about the muslims wanting to introduce Shira law in lieu of our own constitution? How about the influx of illegals from muslim countries that came here under obama? Look at what has happened in Michigan and Minnesota? Sorry, these Americanophobians will never simulate into our culture as they hate Americans to the core. I do not care for their goat herder lifestyle or their religious persecution of Christians. Deport them all.

Craig, ISIS doesn’t run any countries. It had a very short and violent run in Iraq and Syria and it’s practically done now. They did target Christians but they also killed Yazidis, Kurds, and any Muslims who they didn’t like, such as Shia Muslims. They killed exponentially more Muslims than any other group because they are violent criminals. And it is indeed scary what has happened in Minnesota, like when domestic terrorists bombed a mosque: https://www.usnews.com/news/us/articles/2018-03-13/3-men-arrested-on-gun-charges-suspected-in-mosque-bombing
I also agree that Shira law is very dangerous. It is also the second most popular name given to girls born in Israel in 2012: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shira_(given_name)

Twombly-
When you say ISIS doesn’t run a country….guess you forgot about Syria! Thanks to Trump Iranian run ISIS is on the run and has been reduced in size. With Obama giving Iran 1.5 Billion in US currency, he supported their Nuke program as well as their ISIS support. Trump was handed a real mess when Obama was finally escorted out of the white house.
Obama also let into America 10’s of thousands “refugee’s” without vetting them at all. Didn’t want to offend them. So off they go to who knows where getting paid welfare by the taxpayers!
Shira Law is not welcome here and until people from Islamic countries assimilate into the American lifestyle and learn to respect our laws (constitution) then they can leave if they don’t like our lifestyle. The Globalists really do not care to hear the facts.
