Spotted: Break in the rain yields pretty sidewalk photo

We were drawn by this photo taken by Menlo Park resident Robin Tobias because of how it showed two things: wet sidewalks and blue skies above in the reflection. Such was the weather in Menlo Park on Thursday that never could figure out what it was doing, alternately between downpours and clearing skies.
