Blue skies above, brings hail – really ?

And just when you thought things couldn’t get weirder, hail descended on Menlo Park around 6:00 pm. Given the chilly temperatures, that might not have been too surprising. Except if you looked upward, the sky was blue. Wow – can things get even weirder?

InMenlo weather watched checked in shortly before 7:00 pm: “I collected .05” in that weird downpour. I expected more. Now 6.8”.”
