Spotted: Guild Theatre sign taking its place again on El Camino

A number of readers spotted a refurbished Guild Theatre sign being installed on Wednesday and yesterday InMenlo contributing photographer Robb Most swung by to get a photo.

SuperBlue: Kurt Elling featuring Charlie Hunter are scheduled to be the Guild’s opening act on February 5. You can see all scheduled performances online.

For the record, that’s not a “new” Guild Theatre sign, it’s a slightly refurbished, cleaned-up version of the same sign that had been there for years and years.

Thanks Linda, there are other “vintage” pieces inside the theater that were retained as well, we hope fans of the “old” Guild will recognize and appreciate them.
