How can we stop the super-rich from buying elections and politicians? How do we create a fair society, a just financial reality?
Join Bernie Sanders, John Nichols, and Kepler’s own Angie Coiro for an urgent and inspirational conversation.

If Bernie is a socialist, why is he requiring everyone who buys a ticket to buy his book? That’s $40 a person. Guess I understand why he has three houses.

He’s not requiring it, his publisher is. You’d have known that if you’d have watched any of his recent interviews. You would also have known that the ticket price includes receiving a copy of the book.
So, basically the tickets are just a method of “crowd control.”
