Halloween Hoopla Parade and Carnival takes place on October 28

Decorate your bike, wagon, or scooter, and wear your Halloween costume to take part in the ghoulish parade through downtown Menlo Park on Saturday, October 28.

The costume parade will depart at 11:00 am from the parking lot behind Cheeky Monkey. Parade participants should arrive 15 minutes early to prepare.

Trick-or-treaters receive a free trick-or-treat bag to use at participating downtown Menlo Park stores.

The Halloween Carnival at Fremont Park begins immediately after the parade. Attendees will enjoy Halloween-inspired carnival games, prizes, candy, crafts, raffle prizes, and entertainment.
